About This Spot
Stepping into Restaurant Parco, tucked away on Pg. de Gràcia in the heart of Gràcia, feels like entering a quiet celebration of Japanese culinary craft wrapped in an unhurried, intimate atmosphere. The pace here moves gently, inviting diners to shed the city’s bustle and lean into the quiet confidence of a place that trusts its guests to savor each moment. Low tables and subtle lighting create a space that is both grounded and warmly inviting, where the flow of conversation merges with the delicate rhythm of sushi preparation.
The experience at Parco is less about rigid menus and more about a shared journey between guest and chef, where rhythms of the evening are shaped by thoughtful, attentive service and an ever-evolving parade of flavors. There’s a tender precision in the way each piece is crafted—fresh fish, nuanced seasonings, and subtle touches like a whisper of truffle or a touch of citrus—that makes every bite feel like a quiet discovery. From raw preparations that melt effortlessly on the tongue to warm bites that offer deeper, caramelized notes, the meal unfolds as a conversation of textures and tastes.
This is a neighborhood spot that balances casual warmth with the quiet artistry of a sushi bar. The welcoming smiles and careful introductions set the tone for an experience that feels personal and attentive, without being intrusive. It’s a place where the meals arrive as thoughtful surprises prepared to satisfy, where guests can simply trust the flow of the evening and the chef’s generosity.
Whether accompanied by a crisp Japanese beer, a lightly muddled mojito, or a delicately balanced cocktail, the drinks feel like natural companions in this quietly refined setting. Here, the joy is found in subtle moments—the shared appreciation of a perfectly timed bite, the soft clink of glassware, and the warm, thoughtful presence of those who bring the experience to life.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, offering thoughtful recommendations and making us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. The food? Absolutely divine. Every dish was a celebration of flavor and freshness—from the delicate sashimi that melted in our mouths to the presentation that was beautiful, and you could tell each plate was crafted with care and pride. Whether you’re a seasoned sushi lover or new to Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit. The ambiance, the hospitality, and the unforgettable food make it a standout experience. Can’t wait to return!

Really good surprise! Amazing sushi. Great service. Will come back when visiting Barcelona. My kids loved is as well. They served many different kinds of sushi and sashimi. We had to say stop when we was full. Very good place.

This is the first sushi place I’ve ever been where they recommend simply taking what the chef sends out until the guests are full. We had five rounds and all were amazing. The final dish always a black cod that was buttery and melt in your mouth. I also loved the combination of raw quail egg, fish eggs and salmon. All just crazy good. Would go back in a minute.

Good food, a few selection of wines… inside seating is low tables beware, it is not very comfortable. Our waiter was very reluctant to bring us the menu. We ordered wine from the menu which as soon as we ordered he took away the menu. And then he asked what we liked and dont like and he said he will organize all the plates. We did not understand it in the beginning and asked what is going on. At least can we see what you ordered for us and how much are they. He brought the list of what he ordered for us. He said i can cancel them and you can pick what ever you want from the menu. Eventually we changed 2/3 items from his list and added a couple of more. Also with the bill one of the items was charged twice instead of one. They apologized and corrected immediately. The sushi is very tasty. Be careful some of the shrimps are raw. We tried beef tataki and tempura both very good.

Very cool restaurant - reservation highly recommended. The owner brought dishes, without that you needed to order anything. Very fresh fish and great sushi like things. We had a couple of cocktails and 7 different dishes. Would go again!

This was the best meal of my LIFE! Just let your waiter take care of you, don’t even get a menu! The fish is amazing, scallops, foie gras tuna, and shrimp were unbelievable. Also don’t skip dessert the Japanese cake was phenomenal

Parco is my favourite restaurant in Barcelona! I’ve come here again and again over the years and receive the same quality service and quality dishes every single time. It’s very cozy and lounge inside, and there’s also outdoor seating but the vibe is much nicer inside of course. Can’t help but praise the attentive and friendly nature of the host, whom you trust to serve up and offer you dishes as there is no menu really. Everything taste phenomenal, and of course you can provide guidance on your likes and dislikes. You must try butter fish, I’ve never had anything like that anywhere in the world - just here at Parco. Cocktails are also well made and delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in Barcelona, but make sure to book in advance. I look forward to come back again, again and again.
